Visable is expanding its services for profile holders on the wlw B2B platform to now offer the Message Center. This new feature enhances the interaction between buyers and sellers by bundling all correspondence centrally.

What is wlw?

The largest B2B platform in the German-speaking region, wlw strives to simplify the fostering and cultivating of contact between buyers and sellers – making it more efficient overall. To grab buyers’ attention, sellers can set up a digital company profile featuring the most important basic information, as well as publish and manage their requests and offers.

What’s more, numerous functionalities and statistics provide sellers with a range of information. For instance, sellers can check the visibility of their profile, analyse their profile visitors and their regional breakdown, and download the contact information of potential customers. With up to 1.3 million buyers, who use wlw monthly, the platform is the No. 1 research tool for professional buyers in the DACH region.

What is the Message Center from wlw?

Via the new Message Center, sellers with a wlw profile can bundle all their communication in a single location, as well as make and respond to requests and exchange files. 

The filter and tagging options enable you to maintain an overview and prioritise a high number of requests. You can also see at a glance if your message has been read by the recipient.

If you want to quickly reply to incoming messages, you can use the predefined reply templates. Technical drawings or cost estimates can also be sent as attachments.

To support collaboration within your company, you can invite your colleagues to the platform. For instance to confer about potential business partners or to rate them. The new function of the B2B platform is available for both computers and mobile devices.

Which benefits does the Message Center offer?

The new communication centre supports correspondence between buyers and sellers by centralising all interactions and documentation. This optimised user-friendliness benefits both professional buyers when making purchases as well as sellers when handling requests.
