- Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product) and our Data teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, Web Analytics)
- Act as a trusted analytics partner and point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Support product and business decisions with a data-first approach
- Define and evolve new KPIs and sustainable, scalable reporting structures
- Develop and implement automated reports and dashboards using Tableau
- Champion a data-driven mindset across the company and mentor power users

This is how you can impress us
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in Product Analytics
- Solid understanding of data processes and business needs
- Strong SQL skills; confident working with transactional databases and data models (Star and Snowflake schema)
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Excellent analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for driving change
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken); German skills are a plus
- Experience with Python or R
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or AWS
- Passion for improving data infrastructure, streamlining workflows, and enabling scalable solutions
