- Drive the development of scalable monetization strategies and commercial offers
- Own the performance analytics behind our monetization initiatives: from defining KPIs to interpreting results
- Work closely with Data Analysts to uncover patterns in user behavior, revenue performance, and segment opportunities
- Translate analytical insights into commercially viable offer concepts and business recommendations
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define and execute go-to-market plans
- Maintain a metrics-driven view of offer success and ensure alignment with broader business goals

This is how you can impress us
- 3–5+ years experience in product management, business strategy, or offer development – ideally in a data-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience working with SQL, Looker, Tableau or similar tools
- Proven ability to interpret complex data, develop business hypotheses, and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Experience in working cross-functionally across Product, Data, Sales, and Marketing
- Fluency in English and German
- A passion for commercial thinking, digital business models, and growing revenue with measurable impact
