As a Senior UX Researcher, you’ll bring deep expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and are excited about leveraging AI-driven analytical approaches to uncover insights at scale. You will play a critical role in shaping product strategy, driving user-centric decisions, and guiding cross-functional teams with evidence-based recommendations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing—to identify critical business questions, apply rigorous methodological approaches, and synthesize insights that inform strategic decisions.
Shape the future of B2B with us
- Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives across discovery, generative, evaluative, and strategic phases
- Design and execute quantitative studies (surveys, experimental design, analytics deep dives, segmentation, benchmarking)
- Conduct qualitative research (in-depth interviews, usability testing, diary studies, field work, concept testing)
- Apply AI-assisted research and analysis, such as:
- Large-scale pattern detection in user feedback
- Natural language processing (NLP) evaluation
- AI-driven synthesis, clustering, and insight generation
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineering to define research needs, frame hypotheses, and turn insights into action
- Champion user needs and communicate findings in compelling, accessible ways (reports, workshops, journey maps, dashboards)
- Establish research rigor and mentor teammates on best practices, measurement frameworks, and mixed methods approaches

This is how you can impress us
- 5+ years of UX research experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Proven ability to design and execute mixed-methods research at scale
- Fluency with quantitative tools and techniques (survey design, statistics, behavioral analytics platforms)
- Strong qualitative expertise across moderated and unmoderated methods
- Experience using AI tools for research synthesis, data analysis, or user insights generation
- Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- A strategic mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping product vision
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural environments
- English proficiency, German proficiency, and/or French is an advantage
