We are looking for a visionary Senior/Staff Web Analyst to join our engineering and product organization as we transition to an "AI-First" data governance model. You will not just be analyzing data; you will be the architect of our entire data lifecycle—from defining tracking requirements to automated validation. You will partner closely with our engineering teams to build a bridge between raw user behavior and actionable business intelligence, leveraging AI-driven tools like MCPs (Model Context Protocol) to eliminate manual toil and ensure 100% data integrity across our Web and App platforms.

- End-to-End Data Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the design and implementation of tracking strategies that cover the entire lifecycle: from initial requirements gathering to Generation, and finally to automated Validation.
- AI-Native Automation:Architect and deploy automated pipelines that use AI agents to generate tracking Blueprints and validation scripts, significantly reducing manual engineering dependency.
- Cross-Platform Observability:Establisha "Live Truth" monitoring framework that provides real-time visibility into tracking health across Web and App, ensuring < 5-minute latency between deployment and validation.
- Engineering Enablement:Act as an internal consultant for developers, providing AI-assisted tools and self-service platforms that allow engineering teams to implement and verify tracking with minimal friction.
- Data Governance & Integrity:Implement "Anti-Corruption" release gates to prevent data drift, ensuring high-quality, audit-ready data for downstream business intelligence and reporting.

Damit beeindruckst Du uns
- Expertise in Data Tracking: 7+ years of experience in web and mobile app analytics (GA4,GTM, or similar), with deep knowledge of data layer architecture and tracking implementation best practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SQL, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (Nuxt/React); ability to read and understand code to debug tracking triggers.
- AI & Automation Mindset: Passionate about "Vibe Coding" and AI agents, experience or high interest inutilizing tools like Cursor, Claude/LLMs,or MCPs to automate workflows.
- Architectural Vision: Proven ability to move beyond manual reporting and build scalable, self-service infrastructure that improves developer productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data requirements to both non-technical stakeholders (PMs) and technical engineering teams.

- AI-Engineering Experience: Experience building or fine-tuning RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or deploying custom AI agents to assist with operational workflows.
- Testing Automation: Deep experience with E2E testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress,Playwright) and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for data validation.
- Contributions: Open-source contributions or active participation in the AI-agent or Data Engineering community.
