We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Engine Advertising (SEA) Manager to join our fantastic team.

- Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts to achieve ROI goals, with a focus on the European market.
- Utilize strong data analytic skills to develop and implement optimization strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Actively engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve campaign performance.
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stay informed about changes in Google Ads policies and algorithms and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Continuously test and iterate ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in search engine advertising.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in search engine advertising (SEA) with a proven track record
- Extensive experience managing Google Ads accounts towards ROI goals
- Strong expertise in the European market (esp. France, Italy, Spain, DACH)
- Strong data analytic skills: able to work and summarize optimization strategies through data
- Very good knowledge of conversion tracking systems, Google Ads bidding strategies, and Quality Score variables
- Self-driven: can work autonomously and have a solution-oriented mindset
- Passion for search marketing, automation, and all things digital
- Fluent in English
- Based in Berlin or Hamburg or willing to relocate
- Degree in a marketing-related field
- Performance-driven, strategic thinker with excellent project management skills
- Experience in E-commerce, B2B, Online Retail, Online Marketplace, Retail, Classified Marketplace, SaaS, Tech Start Up, Media Agency, Fintech, Adtech, FMCG
- Good level of German or any other European language is a plus
