As a SEA Manager (m/f/x) specializing in Search Engine Advertising (SEA), your primary responsibility will be overseeing and optimizing Google and Bing campaigns for our brands, namely wlw and europages.

- You are responsible for setting up new Google Ads and BING accounts and international campaigns
- You monitor campaign performance, checking against spend and ROI targets
- You engage in performance data analysis, identifying opportunities for optimization
- Optimise bidding targets, budgets, keywords and campaign settings, as well as testing different bidding strategies
- You manage approvals, tracking and any other issues affecting traffic or data collection
- Prepare new keyword structures to test, produce text assets
- You monitor landing page performance and work with our UX team to improve conversion rates
- You update team records, provide monthly summaries and prepare internal presentations to stakeholders

This is how you can impress us
- You have extensive experience managing Google Ads and BING accounts towards ROI goals and a proven track record of meeting targets
- Successfully managing Search, GDN campaigns, and UAC (mobile App) campaigns is a plus
- You have excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent MS Excel skills and Tableau experience is a plus
- You have good knowledge of conversion tracking systems, Google Ads bidding strategies and Quality Score variables
- You are fluent in English. A good level of German, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus
- You have an independent, structured, and proactive work approach, coupled with quick comprehension
- High degree of pragmatism and enjoyment of a "hands-on" approach
- Strong commitment to quality and a good understanding of complex contexts, adept at solving challenging problems
