  • As a key user with process and administrator rights, you are the first point of contact for the use of the CRM system and take over its operational responsibility 
  • You take new requirements that arise from the customer lifecycle to the CRM processes, translate them into technical specifications, prioritize them and establish new / adapted CRM processes in collaboration with Tech
  • You are the first point of contact for feedback from sales channels on the CRM system, analyzing it and developing requirements from it for the Tech teams
  • Together with the HubSpot managers you are responsible for the synchronization between Sugar and HubSpot
  • Internationally, you drive the harmonization and synchronization of CRM processes 
  • You will monitor and analyze all CRM processes and create and maintain up-to-date reports and dashboards

  • You have a successfully completed university degree, ideally in economics and at least 5 years of professional experience
  • You have relevant professional experience in controlling and, if necessary, programming CRM systems such as Sugar, ideally in an e-commerce environment 
  • You have a very good understanding of numbers and due to your quick comprehension you are able to analyze even complex contexts quickly and draw concrete conclusions
  • You are fit in Excel and have experience with SQL as well as other reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • You are an absolute team player, have a confident manner and are able to present your results professionally at management level
  • Very good English language skills
