Shape the future of B2B with us

  • You will be the main driver for all user research regarding our current product as well as new mobile and web-based products for our B2B platform “Wer liefert was”
  • In cooperation with our product teams, you will identify research questions and select the appropriate research method
  • You will lead the conception, planning, implementation and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative studies
  • Together with our product teams you discover and identify product opportunities and drive teams to implement global and local product enhancements
  • You will transform insights gained from user research into formats to enhance organizational understanding of our users
  • You lead the further expansion of our user panel and are responsible for its maintenance
  • You create results reports and spread user insights as well as the message of user-centric development across the company

This is how you can impress us

  • You have successfully completed your academic studies, preferably in the subject of sociology, psychology, anthropology, HCI – or you hold similar qualifications
  • In addition you have several years of professional experience as a user researcher in the digital product environment
  • You have a strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodology and user-centric development of digital products
  • A comprehensive research portfolio that demonstrates a range of methods and issues for the successful conduct of studies
  • Familiarity with research hardware (e.g. eyetrackers) and research tools such as SurveyMonkey, Hotjar, Surfly is advantageous
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to deliver your solutions and further strengthen the user-centric approach
  • You are a German native speaker and your English is business fluent, French is a plus
  • Knowledge of statistics is a plus
