The International Marketing Operations Manager enables the marketing department to operate efficiently and deliver the desired business outcomes through coordinating digital marketing activities and deliverables and through managing marketing processes and solutions.

  • Work collaboratively with marketing team members in aligning marketing strategies and plans
  • Ensure that initiatives and campaigns derived from the OKR process are consistent and completed on time
  • Design, plan and coordinate international multi-sites and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and ensuring optimal exploitation of the marketing budget in achieving targeted sales and revenue outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Intelligence to analyze campaign efficiency and provide recommendations to improve initiatives, segments, profiles, forms and landing pages
  • Collect requirements, define, evolve and maintain marketing and CRM processes ensuring their overall consistency across targets / sites / brands / countries / marketing and sales channels 
  • Collect needs, define business requirements and rules for marketing software evolution (HubSpot, SugarCRM) and supervise their implementation closely liaising with the Business Application team

This is how you can impress us

  • Very good understanding of the principles and working of digital marketing (CRM, SEO, paid media, analytics) 
  • Proven track record of using technology, data and analytics to help brands connect with customers  
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to work in a team and self-confidence in cooperating with many stakeholders (Sales, Product, BI, IT)
