As part of the Lead Management Team your primary focus is to develop and deliver a balanced lead management and lead generation program for Visable International. The focus is set on the international Europages B2B platform, driving marketing qualified leads into the direct and indirect sales pipelines. This includes the acquisition of leads from external suppliers as well as the coordination of the lead nurturing process, and the setup of automatic lead management flows. The Specialist Lead Management (m/f/x) is in a key position to support the dynamic sales force and to enable the company to continue the overall strong growth. 

Shape the future of B2B with us

  • Being responsible for the international lead generation activities you will identify new lead generation possibilities and extend the existing lead sources. You launch all initiatives to increase the lead base, identifying external sources and suppliers of leads, acquiring databases, qualifying them, and feeding the CRM solution  
  • Work with Content team to coordinate the lead nurturing process with relevant content depending on their stage in the conversion funnel
  • Identify needs for leads to feed the funnel, closely liaising with Sales, guaranteeing that the sales channels have enough pre-qualified leads to achieve their business goals
  • Develop a data driven approach to qualify and score leads to setup KPI’s and identify improvements in lead conversion together with Marketing and BI teams 
  • Coordinate multi stakeholder project to further automation and optimize current lead management processes as well as integrating them in the existing system environment

This is how you can impress us

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field 
  • A first marketing experience in a B2B Lead Management role, good understanding of marketing in a B2B context 
  • Excellent analytical and good communication skills as well as an outgoing personality for stakeholder Management 
  • Good command of SQL or the eagerness to learn SQL 
  • Experiences with process automation, data bases or CRM platforms (Hubspot and SugarCRM) are a plus 
  • High English proficiency (written and verbal), French or German a plus
