Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, the Leads Generation manager’s primary focus is to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program for Visable International business with a focus on the Europages B2B platform, driving marketing qualified leads into the Direct and Indirect sales pipelines, internationally (outside of the DACH region). This program encompasses the coordination of multi-channel leads acquisition campaigns, the acquisition of leads from external suppliers, and the coordination of leads nurturing.

In the context of the company's strong growth, the Leads Generation manager will be involved in the definition of the optimal organization and processes to carry out his missions.

  • Identify needs for leads to feed the funnel, closely liaising with Sales, guaranteeing that each SalesRep and each Reseller has enough leads to achieve their business goals
  • Work with Content team to coordinate leads nurturing process with relevant content depending on their stage in the conversion funnel
  • Work with Marketing Analyst and lead qualification and scoring team to set up KPIs and to identify improvements in leads conversion.
  • Launch all initiatives to increase the leads base, identifying external sources and suppliers of leads, acquiring databases, qualifying them and feeding the CRM solution. Set up the performance campaigns, including Search Engine Marketing, with the support of the Marketing team and specifically your colleagues from the Performance Marketing team.
  • Define and maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate leads information and overall leads management activity reports

This is how you can impress us

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
  • A first marketing experience in a B2B LeadsGen role, good understanding of marketing in a B2B context
  • Excellent analytical skills, a high degree of business acumen and good communication skills
  • Good command of SQL language  
  • An experience with Search Engine Marketing, marketing automation and CRM platforms ; Hubspot and SugarCRM a plus
  • High English proficiency (written and verbal), French or German a plus
