Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Head of Brand Marketing is in charge of a wide range of content and brand initiatives, building awareness and credibility for Visable, wlw and Europages brands in the European market, simultaneously establishing the organization as a thought leader in the market. This is a cross-functional role requiring the ability to manage and efficiently communicate with various internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc), ensuring consistency and appropriateness of the brand’s messages across channels. Additionally, ensuring that all branding programs are aligned with the overall business objectives and are relevant to multiple audiences. The position acts as mentor to the Brand team, establishing a performance and development climate that brings out the best in the people and prepares them for future positions.

  • Act as our brand custodian, responsible for refining and installing the brand vision in all levels of the organization 
  • Manage & leverage the brand strategy and corresponding brand elements such as brand design, content or campaigns in order to maximize the brand’s equity 
  • Oversee all brand marketing campaigns in partnership with the channel heads 
  • Manage development of all offline marketing campaigns with selected creative or media agencies, including media planning, creative development, defining metrics, conducting market research, and managing vendors 
  • Oversee all brand content such as design assets, including creative briefings, graphics, photography, editorial content or promotional material etc. across the business 
  • Define the Brand Marketing budget and its subsequent allocation within the department to support the agreed Brand strategy with a maximum ROI 
  • Prepare and share reports on campaign performance and tracking of relevant brand KPI's in order to continuously optimize the brand 
  • Lead and develop a team of brand and content marketing talents

This is how you can impress us

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field 
  • At least 4 years working experience in a similar role, launching and driving brand marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment 
  • Solid ability to build guide, inspire teams to develop best-in-class brand and content marketing strategies 
  • Strong knowledge in developing and implementing offline advertising campaigns for various channels such as print, sponsorship or TV advertising 
  • At least 3 years working experience managing design assets creation and content creation, ideally in a B2B environment 
  • Proven and successful experience building brand in a competitive environment 
  • Exceptional communication skills both in verbal and written form 
  • Ability to formulate and present actionable insight from analysis of data 
  • Native German with high English proficiency (written and verbal) is required
