Shape the future of B2B with us
- Responsibility and management of communication and event management in the Commercial & Sales area
- Development of audience-specific communication strategies and event formats
- Planning and execution of various events such as kick-offs, conferences, webinars, and incentive trips
- Preparation of company information and content generation
- Expansion and maintenance of internal communication channels, as well as continuous review of communication planning
- Conceptualization and implementation of incentives for employees
- Coordination with internal departments and external agencies/service providers
- Creation of briefings, presentations, and decision-making bases
- Preparation of sales materials and their management in the sales channels
- Analysis of feedback and identification of action areas for the Communication & Events departments
