- Maintain Seamless Order Flow: As part of your role, you will be instrumental in managing orders within the SKT/CRM/SAP S/4 HANA systems, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
- Sales Verification: You will conduct thorough sales verification to maintain accuracy and authenticity, confirming that all recorded transactions align with actual sales activities
- Order Corrections and Revocation Management: A significant part of your role involves correcting order discrepancies, creating credit notes, and handling revocations as necessary
- Special Order Entry: Special orders that require manual entry will come through. You will be responsible for processing these special orders, ensuring that they are correctly entered into SAP S/4 HANA
- Sales Team Support: In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with our two sales teams (Customer Acquisition/Customer Development), providing them with essential support on order entry in our SKT / CRM systems

This is how you can impress us
- You are meticulous, organized, and methodical
- You have a good level of proficiency in French, both written and spoken
- You're comfortable with numbers and calculations
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of SAP SD (preferably S/4 HANA)
- You are also fluent in a second language (preferably English or German)
- You are autonomous and able to prioritize tasks
- You are motivated and willing to take initiative
