FAQ

What are requests?
It's a consolidated area which will contain all the purchasers' requests from wlw and Europages. At the moment, only the wlw Connect requests are displayed.
What are Visitors? 
This is an exclusive feature for paying customers. Supplier companies can view the list of visitors who have visited their company profile in the wlw website/app and E-page in Europages website. The visitors are split into 3 sections: Latest visitors - This will show the list of visitors from the last 30 days. Most active visitors - This will show the list of frequent visitors from the last 30 days. Bookmarked visitors - This will show the list of bookmarked visitors.
How can I download the list of visitors?
You can use the download PDF option from the top right corner. This will enable you to  select the list of visitors you want to download.
How can I bookmark the visitor? 
You can bookmark the latest visitors and most active visitors by sliding to the profile and tap on the bookmark icon. This visitor will appear on the bookmark list.
What is Visable 360?
It's the B2B Magazine for digital sales. At Visable, we boost companies' reach throughout Europe. Can I edit my company profile from the app?
Yes, you can edit the company profile from the "My company" tab. You will find the list of segments that you can edit. You would require to log in from the browser before you edit.
Can I edit my product listed on wlw from the app?
Yes, you can edit the products listed on the wlw app from the ""My company"" tab. You would require to log in from the browser before you edit.
What are the options regarding my profile’s coverage? Would you like to be found internationally or nationwide?
For a company that offers its services or products exclusively nationwide, there is little point in being listed internationally. On the other hand, companies that are active across Europe or internationally should definitely choose one of the other service packages.
