- Develop and generate comprehensive sales reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL
- Serve as the primary contact person for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director International to propose and conduct business analyses that will guide our sales strategy effectively
- Perform ad hoc analyses for sales, including funnel analysis, retention analysis, lead conversion analysis, cross-selling, and upselling analysis
- Contribute to budget planning and monitoring, ensuring alignment with sales targets and objectives
- Focus on driving sales for Visable International (Europages), while also engaging in global and partner business activities
- Foster a collaborative environment by building a cohesive team with the DACH analyst, allowing for mutual support and seamless knowledge sharing

This is how you can impress us
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Economics)
- Proven experience in sales analysis or a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and SQL is highly desired
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluent in French and very good in English, German as a plus
