Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Head of Performance Marketing formulates the business growth strategy through data-driven user acquisition strategies. As such, the candidate implements effective marketing campaign execution in all digital performance acquisition channels across search engines, social, display advertising, affiliation and explores opportunities to expand Visable business in the European region through its three brands, Visable, wlw and Europages. The Head of Performance Marketing is supported by a team of SEA experts already in place and will build a complete performance marketing team with additional relevant personnel, to execute the performance marketing strategy.

  • Lead the newly build Performance Marketing team, nurture talents to develop opportunities and ensure growth 
  • Prepare and execute a winning Performance Marketing strategy to support Visable platforms, brands and websites 
  • Ensure best possible spent optimisation across existing Performance Marketing channels (SEA, Display retargeting, Paid Social), audiences and geographies to meet performance goals 
  • Explore the potential and coordinate the launch of new Performance channels such as Programmatic advertising, Native advertising, Email marketing, Affiliate 
  • Ensure a performing digital marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation, partnering with relevant internal departments such as BI or Product/Tech 
  • Work with the other channel heads to align marketing strategies & goals and ensure synergy between channels, brands, audiences, geographies

This is how you can impress us

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related field 
  • At least 7 years of experience working in a digital marketing, performance marketing position, preferably as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager or Head of Performance Marketing 
  • Extensive experience creating and managing performance marketing campaigns with knowledge of Paid digital channels (SEM, Display, Affiliate, Paid Social, email marketing) 
  • Successful track record of leading a digital marketing team and delivering improvement in a prior business’s marketing performance 
  • Enthusiastic multitasker, growth hacker, team player with the capacity to identify opportunities, build business cases and lead projects to success 
  • Very good understanding and mastering of digital data analytics 
  • Excellent English language skills
