As part of the Lead Management Team your primary focus is to develop and deliver an effective lead management and generation program for Visable The focus is driving marketing qualified leads into direct and indirect sales pipelines. This includes the setup of automatic Lead Management flows as well as the acquisition of leads from external suppliers, and the coordination of lead nurturing. The Operation Manager - Lead Management is in a key position to support the dynamic sales force, contributing to the sustained overall growth of the company.

  • Being responsible for the international lead generation activities you will identify new lead generation possibilities and extend the existing lead sources
  • Work with Content team to coordinate leads nurturing process with relevant content depending on their stage in the conversion funnel 
  • Identify needs for leads to feed the funnel, closely liaising with Sales, guaranteeing that each SalesRep and each Reseller has enough leads to achieve their business goals 
  • Develop a data driven approach to qualify and score leads to setup KPI’s and identify improvements in lead conversion together with Marketing and BI teams
  • Launch all initiatives to increase the leads base, identifying external sources and suppliers of leads, acquiring databases, qualifying them and feeding the CRM solution 
  • Coordinate multi stakeholder project to further automation and optimize current lead management processes as well as integrating them in the existing system environment

This is how you can impress us

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics or related field 
  • A first marketing experience in a B2B Lead Management role, good understanding of marketing in a B2B context 
  • Excellent analytical and good communication skills as well as an outgoing personality for stakeholder Management 
  • Good command of SQL, KNIME knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experiences with process automation, data bases or CRM platforms (Hubspot and SugarCRM) are a plus 
  • High English and German proficiency (written and verbal), French a plus
