- As UX/UI designer you are a member of one of our cross-functional product development teams and responsible for the user experience of our (web-based / mobile) product
- Starting from user needs through ideas and strategic concepts to the final design you are a driver in product development
- You are committed to collaborative teamwork with product owners, developers and other stakeholders
- You contribute to our design system and care for a consistent UI across our platform in close collaboration with other designers and frontend developers
- In collaboration with your team and support of our UX researchers you conduct and analyse user research

This is how you can impress us
- You have successfully completed your academic studies, preferably in the subject of HCI, communications design, or information design - or you hold similar qualifications
- Proven track record as a digital product designer or UX/UI designer with strong UX and UI skills, preferably working on sophisticated web or mobile-based products, at a fast-paced and execution-focused environment
- You are willing to ask questions and challenge established opinions in order to get the right outcome
- Expert knowledge of UI design principles, grid systems, and responsive design
- Deep Knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Invision, etc.)
- Interest in Design Thinking methods
- You are fluent in German and English
