- Lead a team of Data Engineering, DevOps, and Web-Analytics experts
- Develop and implement data engineering strategies and solutions to meet business requirements
- Design, build and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data marts on AWS
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions that enhance business operations
- Enforce existing data governance in close coordination with management and our Data Protection Manager
- Define and monitor the data tools used across the company in close coordination with IT
- Ensure the team's adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Mentor team members to promote continuous learning and growth

Damit beeindruckst Du uns
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a team
- Strong technical skills in AWS cloud architecture, ETL/ELT, Redshift, AWS S3, SQL and Python
- Experience in creating automated Data pipelines in AWS and best practices
- Experience with ELT solution Matillion is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
