As Director of Customer Relationship, you will take the CRM of our marketplaces to the next level by developing and automating all user processes and touchpoints (purchasers and suppliers) within the lifecycle in an international context. The scope of your role, together with a well-structured team, is to build a sustainable, repeatable, systematic growth engine through the internationalization of the CRM activities and the development of a user-centric focus (purchasers & suppliers). This role will report to Visable Group Vice President Marketing and can be based anywhere in Germany.

- You will further develop our multichannel data-driven CRM strategy with the aim of increasing visitors' engagement, lead generation and conversion, customer retention and customer lifetime value
- You will lead, inspire, support and develop our department of 3 teams and 20 people with an international background
- You oversee the lead generation and management process and ensure sufficient sales potential through lead nurturing while partnering with both Sales and Paid Marketing teams
- You coordinate the development of users’ segments, create user journeys and implement target-group-specific, differentiated communication across all touchpoints
- You are responsible for forecasting, reviewing campaign results as well as defining, planning and monitoring all CRM related activities and campaigns and aligning initiatives to the company OKRs
- You work closely with our Sales, BI, Product, Business Applications, and Marketing teams to manage and continuously optimize the Marketplaces user journeys and conversions based on data
- You ensure the execution of the Marketing strategy and vision through a bottom-up moderation and alignment of OKRs, including the definition of business needs for BA, BI and Product and end-to-end processes definition across marketing units

Damit beeindruckst Du uns
- You have a successfully completed university degree, ideally in economics with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable function with leadership experience, ideally in an e-commerce or B2B marketing environment
- You have a strong B2B and online affinity as well as a very good understanding of our market and target groups including subscription models
- You have an appetite for numbers, managing projects and an ability to quickly analyse complex contexts and draw specific conclusions
- You have a growth mindset, strong drive, an absolute hands-on mentality, and conceptual skills and are a strong and convincing communicator
- You are willing to travel to meet your team (3 locations: Berlin, Hamburg, Paris)
- Your written and oral communication skills in German and English are excellent
